Kalms Day are a traditional remedy, which are used to relieve irritability, anxiety and the stresses of everyday life. Kalms Tablets are also used to aid sleep. Kalms Day contain extracts of two herbs: Valerian is used to relieve restlessness and sleep disturbances. The female flowers of the hop plant used in herbal medicine as a treatment for stress, restlessness and sleep disturbances.

Directions for Use:

For adults and the elderly. Not recommended for children or adolescents under 18 years old. Swallow 1 tablet three times daily.

It is best not to take any non-essential medication when pregnant or breastfeeding. Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine.
